CentriKid is a high-energy, intentional, gospel-centered overnight camp for 3rd–6th graders. Their mission is to help kids experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ. This occurs through track times, rec, worship, Bible study, church group time, and other fun events. CentriKid Camps are committed to providing content rooted in Scripture, a safe location, kid-friendly programming, and staffers deeply invested in your kids.
A child’s spiritual life can be significantly impacted by their home environment, church involvement, and unique experiences like camp. CentriKid is committed to providing a place for kids to get away—even for a little while—to hear loud and clear that God loves them and has a plan for their lives. Safety in our programming, within relationships, and on-campus are top priorities. We believe powerful things can happen when kids feel safe to be a kid!

Fundraising Information
New Zion is committed to helping every child and teenager go to summer camp if they desire. We accomplish this through fundraising. Scholarships are available to those in need. Please do not let money be why a child does not go to camp. We ask that if your child/teenager needs help going to camp, they participate in fundraising.
All fundraising funds go toward a person’s camp. Any extra funds earned through fundraising go toward chaperones and travel expenses. We do not charge our chaperones, but we still have to pay for their cost, which is the same as the youth cost. The transportation cost for youth camp is over $10,000, and the transportation cost for children’s camp is just over $4,000.
Each Fundraiser is optional. We have several different methods for fundraising.
Fundraising Options: We are still planning the dates for fundraisers. Please be on the look out for more information.
Pastalaya Fundrasier: Sunday October 20, 2024. Tickets available now. All ticket money should be turned in by Wednesday, October 16th.
Christmas Pelican Car Wash Pass: .
Some people have asked about car wash tickets for Christmas gifts. You have two options to sell. The money from the car wash tickets can be used for the Jr Sr. trip to the Ark.
One-time Car wash for $10. The car wash is a $15 value. You will make $5 for each ticket you sell.
One month car wash $20. The pass is a $45 value. People can use the pass to get their car washed as often as they would like over a 30-days. You will make $10 for each car wash sold.
Spaghetti and Meat Ball Fundraiser
Tina Mulkey will use her recipes to make homemade red gravy and meatballs. The amount a person earns will be determined by the amount of dinners sold minus expenses. Money can be earned through selling tickets and by doing the prep work. We ask if someone works the prep time to sell at least one ticket in advance.
Sponsor a Day Fundraiser:
New Zion will provide you with a calendar. Your job is to seek sponsors for each day of the week. You can collect the money through cash, check, or Venmo. You do not have to have every day sponsored. You can only turn in cash or check when you turn the money in. New Zion will not accept Venmo or other forms of electronic payment for the Sponsor A Day Fundraiser. Ex. 1st =$1 2nd = $2 30th = $30.
Click Here for an example on Pinterest. New Zion will provide the calendar.
Chocolate, Meat Sticks, and Spring Car Wash Fundraiser.
We will offer the option to sell chocolate, Meat Sticks, and a spring car wash. The dates on these will be released at a later date. Please note that we will take preorders. Also, in the past, we have been able to purchase fundraising items from budgeted money from the previous year. This will not be an option, so the profit will not be as lucrative as in the past for the chocolate and meat sticks.
2025 Track Time Descriptions
Track Time is a time that the children do specific activities during an assigned time. The children will only do two activities but need to pick the top four tracks. The track selections are not guranteed. If there is an issue with a track time selection, I will work with the Centir-Kid staff to fix the situation. (The sports tracks are fun, but the leaders start with the basics. Each day, they will work on drills and fundamentals. Read about the track descriptions below.)
