Guys Retreat Grades 7th – 12th. 

Friday November 1st – Sunday November 3rd 

Cost $15

Location: We will stay at the camp of Kevin and Kirstie Bardy, parents of Carter Bardy. The camp is located in Bay St. Louis and is about 1 hour away. 

Departure: We plan to leave the church at 4:30 pm on Friday, November 1. If you cannot meet at the church at 4:30 pm, you can meet us at the camp. If you cannot come on Friday night due to being involved with Friday night football events, we can arrange transportation for you to come to the camp on Saturday. 

Return: We will return to New Zion for Life Groups on Sunday at 9:15 am.  

Activities:

Fishing from a boat will be an option. We will fish along the Jordan River and the bay. We have several men that are bringing a boat. Anyone 16 years and older will need to purchase at least a 1-day fresh water and a 3-day saltwater Mississippi fishing license. The 1-day license will cost $10. The 3-day saltwater license will cost $15. There is a fee, so the total is $33.51. You can get the license at this link: https://www.ms.gov/mdwfp/licensing/login

*All youth must wear a life jacket when they are in a boat. Youth may bring their own life jacket. 

Swimming and Kayaking will take place in the canal off the Bardy’s dock. 

Bible Study: We will schedule Bible studies throughout the weekend. 

Other Activities: kayaking, swimming, and more. 

What to bring: Bible, sleeping bag and pillow, toiletries, a towel for bathing, a towel for swimming, a swimsuit

All boys who attend need to complete a 2024 medical form. If you completed a form for a youth camp or 2024 DNOW, you do not have to complete a new form.
